Winter 2011 - Luba Shipping sells Two Bulkers
We are proud to announce that we have successfully sold both the
m/v ‘Hamburg Pearl’ and the m/v ‘Hamburg Team’ on behalf of Hamburg Bulk Carriers in Germany. Both vessels were sold to Far East buyers and the deliveries went very smoothly.
We thank the buyers/sellers for their kind support and working towards a smooth transaction.
Summer 2010 - Luba Shipping expands
Peer Groepper in connection with Luba Shipping is continuing to be a presence in the Sales and Purchase market.
On the 5th of August the successful delivery of the second multipurpose tweendecker from Oldendorff Carriers to Sinotrans Navigation too place in Singapore. The MV Tasman Chief (ex Helga Oldendorff built at the Flensburg Shipyard-FSG) is now travelling the seas under her new name MV Sky Glory and will be trading between China and Africa.
Spring 2010 - New Office
Luba Shipping moved into it’s new office at Elbberg 8.
After working for about one year as tenant of our close shipowning
friends MC Schiffahrt, Peer Gröpper decided to open an own office with a view into the harbour. The passing vessels inspire us in our daily work and sometimes lead to the creation of new business ideas.
